Holla guysss...Are you ready  to know something new today?

Pernah gk sih kalian dengerin lagunya "count on me" dari Bruno Mars,?? enak banget kan lagunya?. tapi betewe kalian tau gk yaa artinya dari "count on" ini?, bagi kalian yang belum tau atau pun bagi kalian yang sudah tau mari kita mengulas ya.....

So guys..."count on" means to trust someone to do what you expect them to do for you. Acatually it has the same meaning as "depend on" To make sure your understanding about this phrasal verb I am going to give you a conversation between two friends talking about a birthday party.

Read closely for the phrasal verb "count on"!!


Denisa            : "It's your birthday this Monday, right?"

Rahmawati     : "Yeah, I'am happy that you remembered."

Denisa            : "And do you remember what you promised me?"

Rahmawati     : "Of course! I promised to pick up the cake for your party."

Denisa            : "It's really important that you don't forget that."

Rahmawati     : "Can I count on you?"

Denisa            : "Sure, you can count on me."

Rahmawati     : "But last time you  forgot!"

Denisa            : "Hehe...I know and you always remind me of that. You can trust me this time."


Remember that the phrasal verb "count on" means to trust or depend on someone. It can also be used to talk about things, for example : "I can always count on my phone, It never breaks down." 

So guys...segitu dulu untuk hari ini dan jangan lupa yaa untuk dipraktekan atau dipakai dalam percakapan kita sehari-hari.

Guys I wanna ask you  first, have you ever experienced a time when you looked too hard for something that you couldn't see it even though it was sitting right in front of you??Xixixi......😅😅 (It sometimes happens to me when I'm looking for my T-shirt) .
